GREAT FAMILY LIFE:
by P J FIALA
Never read Book 1 in the Rolling Thunder Series, Dog Days of Summer. Wish I had. Although this book completely stands on its own, which I love when you are reading a series, I may have gotten better acquainted with the once heroine Joci. Strange how I was called Joci most of my life until my kids started shortening an already short name to Joss. Anyway, a lot of what happened to Joci happened to me, including motor cycle riding. This in itself is remarkable. I guess I will get around to reading the first book next.
The story kept me involved and I enjoyed the sibling relationship. Refreshing from all the sibling rivalry we sometimes encounter in many stories. The encouragement they give each other is a good example of how life should be. Nothing better than a family that stands by you no matter what.
Molly fits the picture of the strong independent lady, although in my mind she might be a little more street-smart. And since she is the strong independent one, she should be able to help Ryder overcome his shyness.
Nevertheless, I can guarantee you, ladies, Ryder is not shy in the bedroom. There he becomes a dynamo. The erotica scenes are lengthy and described in minute details. I sometimes find that certain things left to the imagination are more attractive, especially between two people who are in love. Still, this story is well written, kept me hooked and if the rest of the series is as interesting as this book, I strongly recommend readers buy them all!
When you read P J Fiala’s book, you will find her biography after the story and you will find it as interesting as the story itself. I promise you will understand where all this wonderful talent comes from once you read her story. Great work P J
